McDonald's in Rosrath

The service when taking the order was unfortunately very unfriendly! We didn't get the food we wanted either. Because it was packed, also seen later. That was a little annoying.

One should check his order. They like to forget the sour creme dip. The car behind us also stopped because something was missing. The fries were only lukewarm on the first visit. That was better the second time. Otherwise all good.

I have seldom seen such a bad MC as this one apart from the long waiting times at the mcdrive what you get is underground cold fries burger cold or only half full but then wait 15 minutes and the problem is not just since yesterday !! Then you ask yourself what happens to the portions, I pay money to get full and then I get something like the picture! Wonder why nothing happens at this store and take the feedback here seriously - it's just outrageous !!

Only bad! Again and again I give the shop a new chance and again and again you get disappointed. Everyone knows that you have to control everything, usually 20 percent is missing. French fries mostly cold. Employees overwhelmed and therefore in a bad mood. To top it off, my cocoa was only 1/3 full of the large cup. No answer when asked. The shift supervisor deliberately didn't turn around and pretended not to notice. The employee, thank you again, just made a new one. Here the guide should simply be exchanged!

Here you will find something delicious for every taste, luckily the waiting time is not that long and the burgers have always been fresh for me so far.

Unfortunately bad shop. The farm potatoes had a fish flavor today, but the two Sprite were completely tasteless. It is well known that everything here has to be checked for completeness. But the fact that the syrup is reduced to zero in the Sprite and that you have to check this directly is new and very sad and must not occur.

Unfortunately, two incomplete deliveries were packed in the bag today. Paid too much for food that wasn't delivered. Really annoying, but it doesn't seem to be the first time here. So good advice to everyone - be sure to check the delivery.

Breakfast is like everything Macces has, but it's garbage but we love it. Unfortunately, the equipment has become really uncomfortable since the conversion ... And the store is cold (blower). Normally short waiting time, good service and always clean. Has a small but cool playground for kids up to 12 year olds maybe. Food is always okay (its McDonalds, come on...), and it has a good atmosphere.
